The second season sees CIA officer Jack Ryan heading to Venezuela after uncovering a suspicious arms shipment deep in the jungle. As his investigation threatens to expose a much larger conspiracy, the President of Venezuela launches a counter-attack that drags Jack into a high-stakes mission across the US, the UK, Russia and Venezuela to unravel the plot and bring stability to a country on the brink of collapse.
